How long does it take to ship out?

During normal times, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out. Around the holidays and new releases, it can take up to 6-8 weeks for shipping out due to high volume of orders. Also double check the product pages as sometimes items are on Pre-order. If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will not ship until everything is ready.

What are your shirts made of?

Most of our unisex shirts are printed on 100% premium cotton Gildan tees. Our women's shirts are printed on 100% premium cotton Bella fitted shirts. White shirts however are printed on 100% Polyester.

What does "Pre-Order" mean?

To know how much we need to print/order, we put most items on "Pre-Order". Pre-Order means ordering something before it is available. You will be charged when the order is placed. And when the Pre-Order ends we will print all the items on pre-order. Orders that have Pre-order items and non Pre-order items will only ship when all items are ready. 

Where is my limited run item?

Limited Run/Limited Edition items are usually marked as Pre-Order and won't be printed until the Pre-Order end date. You will receive an email saying it's "Out of Stock or on Pre-Order." Don't panic! Our system is just putting your order on hold. As long as you Pre-Ordered before the end date you will receive your items. The reason we put items on Pre-Order is so we don't over/underprint single run items.

Why was my order split?

To prevent damage of more fragile items, we have to split orders up to insure they arrive safely. Drinkware and posters primarily are split off orders. Also if your order doesn't all fit in our largest shipping box we will have to split it to accommodate our shipping carrier's requirements.

Also be aware, if you use a freight forwarder, this can cause issues. Please contact info@sharkrobot.com before placing an order if you have any questions.

Are all of your shirts screen printed?

Yes! And no! We screen print a majority of our shirts to ensure the highest quality for your clothing needs. Others we print using a Heat press process involving sublimation. 

That being the case, designs DO NOT SCALE with the shirt size. The mock ups on the size are based on large shirts. If you are worried about the size of the printed design feel free to email us and ask

Do the shirts shrink?

Because the shirts are 100% cotton, this is entirely dependent on the care you take with your washing. If you machine wash and tumble dry on high heat, you can definitely expect some shrinkage. Low heat will cause the shirts to shrink by approximately half a size, and hang dry to let them stay roughly the same size.

Do your shirts run large or small?

Our unisex shirts run a little large. Our women's shirts are more fitted. For more information though, check out our sizing charts!

7-10X Unisex and Ladies-Fitted shirts are only be available during the Pre-Order period of a design. After that they will no longer be available for purchase.

Can I change my random/mystery item I ordered?

All sales are final on those items. Due to limited quantities of inventory, duplicates are bound to happen for orders of multiple mystery packs/random mistakes.

Do you have a phone number?

No, we handle all our customer service questions through email. Please contact us at info@sharkrobot.com.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! Please refer to our exchange/refund policy. If you are unhappy with the items you ordered, you can send them back to us in unwashed and unworn condition and we can give you a refund for the item(s). If we make a mistake and send you the wrong shirt, let us know and we'll message you the next steps to take.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

Items can only be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the item being delivered. Items must be

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In same condition you recieved (no cat hairs!)

If items meet the criteria, please email us at info@sharkrobot.com to get the return process started.

  • You will need to pay to ship the exchange back to us. We will ship out the replacement at no extra cost. If a package is refused and marked as "Return to Sender" then we will not exchange the item and issue a refund for the cost of the item. 
  • For refunds, we can only reimburse you the cost of the item. You will not be refunded your shipping costs!
  • Prints and Hats are made-to-order and due to their fragile nature and can not be exchanged or refunded.
    All sales are final on those.
  • All Limited Run/Edition, Random Mistakes, Gift Cards, and Clearance items are also ineligible for returns/exchanges or refunds.
  • Ordered the wrong size and want to exchange? No problem! Just send us an email to info@sharkrobot.com with your order number and we will give you instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send the new size as soon as possible. 
Why did my package need to be signed for?

To protect larger orders from being left outside, we opt them to be signed by the customer. That way you can verify you have received your order. 

Can I return/exchange my international order?

If you are an international customer, we can not send you a return label so you will need to pay the shipping costs to send returns or exchanges back to us. We will not reimburse those fees back to you

Why can't I order a mug/poster with other products?

Posters are shipped in tubes and therefore can only be added to the cart with other prints only. Mugs are individually shipped in boxes. If you need to purchase other items that are not posters or mugs, please place a separate order. 

Can I add a coupon after placing my order?

Coupons MUST be added before placing an order. We can not add the coupon after the order has been finalized. 

What if my address is wrong?

We can change it if you let us know right away before it ships. We are not responsible if an order is lost or mis-delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete or old address. Please make sure your address is correct before you place your order.

  • If your order is returned to us, we can either refund the cost of the item, that does not include shipping costs, or you can pay to have it resent.
  • If the shipping carrier states that the package has been disposed of or destroyed, we are no longer responsible for the package.
  • In some rare cases, packages can also be returned if you use a fake name as they don't match the listed name on the mailbox.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Let us know! We'll send you your correct/undamaged product immediately as well and message you what to do with the item you got by mistake. You need to contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date in order to receive a replacement or refund. After 7 business days we can't be liable for the damaged/incorrect item.

What if I'm missing something in my order?

Let us know immediately! You need to contact us within 7 business days of the delivery in order to receive a replacement or a refund. After 7 business days we can't be liable for the missing item.


How much does shipping cost?

It depends on where you live and what shipping option you are looking to get. You'll receive a detailed list of possible options for your order during the checkout process.

I paid for priority shipping, why hasn't it shipped?

Priority Shipping is just for an order AFTER it has shipped out. It does not rush the processing of an order. Also, we can't guarantee specific delivery dates and we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if packages are delivered later than expected. Options labeled as "USPS Priority Mail 2 Day" or similar just refers to the exact name of a service provided by the carrier and not a delivery guarantee.

How long until my shirt arrives?

Processing times may vary for orders. If you are ordering a brand new design that's on pre-order, we won't ship the order until the pre-order ends. For our regular designs, please allow up to 8 weeks for it to ship.

Please note that choosing an Expedited shipping method will not reduce our processing time, that's just the name of the service provided by a carrier and not a delivery guarantee. Once the order is ready we will ship it under the method you originally chose during checkout.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately multiple orders cannot be combined into one shipment. 

How long do domestic orders take to arrive?

Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days AFTER it has been shipped. Options labeled as "USPS Priority Mail 2 Day" or similar just refers to the exact name of a service provided by the carrier and not a delivery guarantee.

Can I track my domestic package?

If you put in an active email address when you place your order, you will receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped. Plus, if you purchase using your account, you will be able to view your order history right from your account dashboard! If you lose your tracking number, or can't figure out how to find it, just contact us!

Why do I need to split my international shipment?

Due to weight limits set by our shipping company, you might need to split an order into two separate orders for large orders weighing over 4 pounds (lbs).

Do you cover the international customs fee?

No, we do not. Please check with your local customs offices before placing an order as we will not reimburse you for any import fees. If you refuse to pay the custom fees or is not picked up in a timely manner, we can't issue a refund for your order as the package will not return to us and is destroyed by the carrier.

For international customs can you mark my order as a gift?

Due to legal reasons, we can not mark orders as "Gifts."

How long until my international package arrives?

The shipping times vary from country to country. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping outside the US.

IF THE ABOVE TIME HAS PASSED, PLEASE CHECK YOU LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE. International orders (especially larger orders) tend to be held in their country's local customs office usually because they want to collect an additional import fee. This is a fee we cannot control or build into our shipping costs.

What if my order gets lost?

If you suspect your item was lost, we will do what we can to help! Please reach out to info@sharkrobot.com with your order details and we will do our best to figure it out. Please note we can’t be liable if your order was stolen or if you input the incorrect address.

My domestic tracking hasn't updated?

If your tracking number hasn't been updated after 7 business days (M-F) please contact us. If the tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office directly to make sure they aren't holding it because of an address issue. If they don't have it, contact us right away. You need to contact us within 7 business days of the supposed delivery in order to receive a replacement or a refund. After 7 business days we can't be liable for the lost package.

My international tracking hasn't updated?

Since every country is different, please allow 7-14 additional business days for the tracking to update as issues like not properly scanned, customs, or other unforeseen issues might be causing delays. If after 14 days your order hasn't been delivered or tracking updated, please contact us. If you don't contact us within 60 days of the shipping date, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If we can't find it, we'll either try sending you a replacement or refund the cost of the items in your order.


Help! I lost my pin!

Pins are for display only and not to be worn on backpacks or apparel. Pins are fragile. Please handle them with care. We can not be held responsible for any damage or loss.

Help! My order was canceled!

There could be a number of reasons why an order gets canceled. 

  • You have issued a chargeback to our store.
  • The order is considered high risk as being fraudulent by our Shopify system. 
  • Harassing, abusing, or disrespecting Shark Robot Employees.
What if I have forwarding on my address?

If you have a Forwarding on your address the package will be returned as there won't be enough postage to cover the extra shipping cost. USPS has also been discarding those packages. Please make sure you ship your package to your final destination as we can not be held liable for any lost or returned packages.

Why did I get a text to redeliver my package?

We will not contact you through text message for redelivery of a package. This is a common spam text that scammers will use to try to trick you. If you ever worry about your package please feel free to email us directly at info@sharkrobot.com.

What if I got the wrong size at a convention?

Since conventions only last the weekend, please exchange at show right away! We can't guarantee we can exchange it through our site. Just be aware if we can, you will be required to pay shipping.

Product Care


Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. For maximum life of the imaged product, we recommend hand washing.


We suggest hand washing the item with mild detergent and laying it flat to dry or line drying it.


We suggest washing apparel items in like colors, inside out with cold water and mild detergent and either line dry or tumble dry without heat.

Acrylic Standees/Keychains

Each clear acrylic standee/keychain has a protective film on both sides that should be removed before use. The adhesive film can be removed by holding one corner of the film and pulling towards you. The protective film is intentionally difficult to remove and may require some force during removal. 


Please do not put plushies in the washer/dryer. We would recommend using a cloth with mild detergent to scrub the surface of the plushie and letting it air dry.

Mini Backpacks

Please do not put backpacks in the washer/dryer. We would recommend using a cloth with mild detergent to scrub the surface of the backpack and letting it air dry.
