At Shark Robot we heatpress a LOT of mugs. And as much as we'd like to pretend we're perfect... mistakes do happen. Most of the time the mistakes are minor but at Shark Robot we won't sell anything that's any less than perfect. 

Some mugs may just be discontinued designs, but common errors include:

  • Double imaging or a faded design
  • Burning or colors different than intended
  • Damage to the surface of the mug
