Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt. Can I exchange it for a larger/smaller size?
A: We totally do exchanges! Just send the shirt(s) back to us at:

Q: "You guys sent me something I didn't order" -or- "You guys sent me a defective item". What do I do now?
A: E-mail us at email@example.com and let us know what's up. Please remember to include your order number or the e-mail address the order was placed under.
Q: Do you have tracking numbers?
A: We ship with a company called MSI, and unfortunately, they don't give us tracking numbers. If you'd like a tracking number, you have to order USPS express shipping when checking out.
Q: How long does domestic shipping take?
A: This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within one business day. That does not mean that your order will necessarily arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Please note that for some areas of Alaska, deliveries with One-Day or Two-Day shipping may require an additional day for delivery. Typically, our first class domestic shipping takes about 2-5 days to arrive.
Q: How much does international shipping cost? And how long does it take to arrive?
A: Our international shipping costs about $8. But, if you order more than $60 worth of merchandise, you get free shipping! It takes about 2-5 weeks to arrive. If you don't have it within 5 weeks, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can get some ninjas to hunt it down for you.
Q: Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
A:Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately, we here at Shark Robot have no control over these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay on Shark Robot only cover shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us.
Shark Robot has no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. On rare occasions, your order may be delayed due to the customs process. If your order takes more than two weeks to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification, check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package.
Q: What does “processing” mean?
A: Processing means that we haven't shipped your shirt out to you yet. The most common cause of this is that we've run out of the shirt you ordered and we'll be printing it as soon as possible.
Q: If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first?
A: If any portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for the out of stock items to be printed before shipping any portion of your order.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Just e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know what order you'd like to cancel. Please include your order number or the e-mail address it was placed under.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: It depends. If we've already shipped your order, there's not a whole lot we can do. It's left to the hands of fate. But, if you catch it before your order ships, we can generally add or remove items from the order. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you need fixed and we'll take care of it asap.
Q: What size shirt should I buy?
A: Before you finalize your order, make sure you check out our sizing chart here. Please please please look at the sizing chart!! And then maybe go another size higher than that. They tend to run smaller than the typical shirts.
Q: What are your hoodie sizes?
A: Our hoodies are the same sizes as our mens shirts. So check out our sizing chart here.
Q: What do the pre-order dates mean:
A: When a shirt is on pre-order, it's like a trial run. If the shirt sells well, we keep it on the site. If it doesn't sell well, we take it off the site. The date on the shirts is the last day of the pre-order. What that means, is that we don't print the shirt until that date at the earliest.
