GENERAL

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIRTS MADE OF?

Most of our unisex shirts are printed on 100% premium cotton Gildan tees. Our women's shirts are printed on 100% premium cotton Bella shirts. White shirts however are printed in 100% Polyester. 

ARE ALL OF YOUR SHIRTS SCREEN PRINTED?

Yes! And no! We screen print a majority of our shirts in house to insure the highest quality for your clothing needs. Others we print using a Heat press process involving sublimation. 

That being the case, designs DO NOT SCALE with the shirt size. The mock ups on the size are based on large shirts. If you are worried about the size of the printed design feel free to email us and ask. 

DO THE SHIRTS SHRINK?

Because the shirts are 100% cotton, this is entirely dependent on the care you take with your washing. If you machine wash and tumble dry on high heat, you can definitely expect some shrinkage. Low heat will cause the shirts to shrink by approximately half a size, and hang dry to let them stay roughly the same size.

DO YOUR SHIRTS RUN LARGE OR SMALL?

Our unisex shirts run a little large. Our women shirts are fitted and made to conform to a woman's curves. For more information though, check out our sizing chart here!

DO YOU ONLY OFFER POLOS IN SIZES 7XL - 10XL?

Yes. We currently can only find polo shirts in these larger sizes.

Also note, for Polos and Ladies-Fitted shirts they will only be available during the Pre-Order period of a design. After which we will stop selling it. 

PURCHASING

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are unhappy with the shirt(s) you ordered, you can send them back to us in unwashed and unworn condition and we will either send you out a different shirt or size of your choosing, or give you a refund for the item(s). If we make a mistake and send you the wrong shirt, let us know and we'll message you the next steps to take.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?

T-shirts can only be exchanged or refunded within 90 days of the item being delivered. MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM. (SO NO CAT HAIR!)

Ordered the wrong size and want to exchange? No problem! Just send us an email through our contact form with your order number and we will give you instructions for sending the shirts back to us. Once we receive the old shirts, we will send the corrected order post haste.  

For refunds, we can only reimburse you the cost of the item. You will not be refunded your shipping costs.

Prints and Hats are made-to-order and due to their fragile nature and can not be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final on those. 

All Limited Edition, Random Mistakes, and Clearance items are also ineligible for returns/exchanges or refunds.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are an international customer, we can not send you a return label so you will need to pay the shipping costs to send returns or exchanges back to us. We will not reimburse those fees back to you. 

 

 

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

It depends on where you live and what shipping option you are looking to get. You'll receive a detailed list of possible options for your order during the checkout process.

WHAT DOES “PRE-ORDER” MEAN?

When we here at Shark Robot get a new design, we want to make sure that the design is something you guys want. So each and every one of our designs goes through a two week pre-order process. If the shirt sells well during that time, we keep it on the site. If it doesn't sell well, we take it off the site.The date on the shirts is the last day of the pre-order. What that means, is that we don't print the shirt until that date at the earliest. So if there's a design on pre-order you are thinking about getting, don't think too long! Cause it might not still be there tomorrow.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY SHIRT ARRIVES?

Processing times may vary for orders. If you are ordering a brand new design that's on pre-order, we won't ship the order until the pre-order ends. For our regular designs, processing is usually done within 3 business day, but can take up to 5.

Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method will not reduce our processing time, once the order is complete we will ship the order under the method you originally chose during checkout.

FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days of having been shipped. We do ask that you allow an additional 2-3 business days during busy times for processing, though.

CAN I TRACK MY (DOMESTIC) PACKAGE?

If you put in an active email address when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped. Plus, if you purchase using your account, you will be able to view your order history right from your account dashboard! If you lose your tracking number, or can't figure out how to find it, just contact us and we'll hook you up!

We ship through USPS and DHL. Here's the links to their tracking pages if you need to find where your package is:

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

If a large order is placed, in some cases it will have to be split into multiple packages due to weight limits set by our shipping company. 

Also! Please check with your local customs offices before placing an order as we do not include their taxes in your purchases and we will not reimburse you for those fees. If you refuse to pay the custom fees, we can't issue a refund for your order as the package will not return to us and is destroyed by the carrier.  

Also also! Due to legal reasons, we can not mark orders as "Gifts."

We can not ship to the following countries: Ukraine, South Africa, Syria, Iran, Sudan and Mongolia.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY (INTERNATIONAL) PACKAGE ARRIVES?

The shipping times vary country to country. See below for for a chart on estimated shipping times in your country.

South America, Singapore & Asia, Australia, Europe, and most everywhere else for that matter.

Sometimes our packages do arrive more quickly but these times are to give you a rough feel of when to expect a package from us. Also, please allow for an additional 2-3 days to process your order.

IF THE ABOVE TIME HAS PASSED, PLEASE CHECK YOU LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE. International orders (especially larger orders) tend to be held in their countries local customs office usually because they want to collect an additional import fee. This is a fee we cannot control or built into our shipping costs.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST?

If you suspect your item was lost, we will do what we can to help!

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

If your tracking number hasn't updated after 7 business days (M-F) please contact us. If the tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office directly to make sure they aren't holding because of an issue. If they don't have it, contact us right away. You need to contact us within 7 business days of the supposed delivery in order to receive a replacement or a refund. After 7 business days we can't be liable for the lost package.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Since every country is different, please allow 7-14 additional business days for the tracking to update as issues like not properly scanned, customs, or other unforeseen issues might be causing delays. If after 14 days your order hasn't delivered or tracking updated, please contact us. If you don't contact us within 60 days of the shipping date, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If we can't find it, we'll either try sending you a replacement or refund your order. 

WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG?

Please make sure your address is correct before you place your order. We can change it if you let us know right away before it ships. We are not responsible if an order is lost or mis-delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete or old address.

If your order is sent back with a "Return to Sender" note we can either refund the cost of the item, that does not include shipping costs, or you can pay to have it resent. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Let us know! We'll send you your correct/undamaged product immediately as well and message you what to do with the item you got by mistake.

SUBMITTING DESIGNS

We always welcome new designs. If you would like submit one, just send it to our customer service at info@sharkrobot.com. If we like them we will sign you! 

If you sign with us you would keep your copyright of your artwork, we just license the right to sell and print it. You earn $2.50 per shirt sold. $5 if you sell the design exclusively with us. We put designs up for a two week pre-order period and if they sell the minimum of 20 shirts the design stays on the website.
